We hope you love your Cam Cam Copenhagen purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Register Your Return
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original organic cotton bags and packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Package
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
